Steiff PADDINGTON was part of Michael Bond's story and is here made from deep brown alpaca.

Oh we all truly love PADDINGTON who here is fully jointed (which means you can move his head, arms and legs).

Just look at his admired face with large white cheeks and deep hand embroidered black nose and mouth.

Deep black glass eyes and his head is decorated with Uncle Pastuzo's red hat.

He is wearing a smart sky blue anorak with a little hood, little pockets and three toggles.

Around his neck he is wearing a label which says 'Please look after this bear - Thank you'.

And he is holding his famous suitcase embellished with P.B - which of course means PADDINGTON BEAR.

Just put him somewhere special in your home and let him bring a smile to your face for ever.

About the brand: Steiff

Steiff's founder, Margarete Steiff; was a remarkable woman in many respects. Exceptional for the time, she fought for her place in life as a young girl, against many odds, and became an independent entrepreneur.

With a pincushion in the shape of a small fabric elephant, she wrote the first chapter of an unprecedented success story that is still being written today, after more than 140 years.

Thanks to the loving dedication and quality awareness of all their employees, the personal history of Margarete Steiff and Margarete Steiff GmbH remain inseparably linked to this day.

The Steiff "button in ear" is one of the best-known trademarks in the world and it stands for something very special: for craftsmanship, creativity and unmistakable design.

Steiff have always gone beyond legal requirements to make their products harmless, valuable and sustainable.

Their products are world renound for their quality and that is why all their products are still lovingly handmade.

Their soft toys are made from particularly soft materials and strict Steiff standards of workmanship ensure consistent quality. For their precious collectibles, they also use high-quality natural fibres, such as hemp, bamboo, paper plush or mohair, which they process in their Steiff-Schulte weaving mill in Germany.

For them quality also means being mindful of our planet's finite resources and so the idea of sustainability guides all their business decisions, product development and production.

In many of their products, they use cotton from controlled organic cultivation or recycled materials and ensure ecologically safe production.

Steiff therefore make beautiful quality, sustainable and unique gifts for babies and christenings as well as for the Steiff collector in your life.

Please look through our website where you will find Mohair Limited Editions, Classic Bears and Animals. Also, Steiff's new soft and cuddly range are suitable for 0+ if they have stitched eyes so you can be confident gifting to a new-born.
